1. Create and verify a publisher account
A publisher account represents a research company that owns or is authorised to distribute reports.
- 1
Open Create account
Go to Create account, select Publisher, and enter the account owner's real full name.
- 2
Use a business-domain email
Enter an email on your company domain. Personal mailbox providers are not accepted for publisher ownership.
- 3
Enter company details
Add the official company name and, when available, the company website. Use the same legal or trading name that appears in your verification documents.
- 4
Create a strong password
Use at least 10 characters containing uppercase, lowercase, and a number; confirm the password and accept the marketplace terms and privacy policy.
- 5
Verify the email
Open the verification email and follow its link. Dashboard access starts only after email verification. If it expires or does not arrive, use Resend verification.
- 6
Sign in
Return to Sign in with the verified email and password. Google signup creates buyer access only, so it must not be used for a publisher registration.
2. Complete the company profile
Open Dashboard → Company profile. Your account can manage only a company connected to it.
- 1
Open the connected company
The company created during publisher registration should appear in Company profile. If it is missing, contact MRIQ Team instead of creating unrelated records.
- 2
Upload the company logo
Select Edit and upload a clear PNG, JPG, or WebP logo. A square or horizontal transparent logo under 5 MB is recommended.
- 3
Upload a cover image
Add a wide JPG, PNG, or WebP cover image under 5 MB for the public publisher page.
- 4
Add official contacts
Enter the company website, contact email, and phone number. These must belong to or be authorised by the company.
- 5
Describe coverage
Add industries, regions, and an accurate company description of at least 20 characters. Explain research capability without unverifiable claims.
- 6
Save and inspect
Save changes, then open Public profile and confirm the logo, cover, description, and contact information display correctly.
3. Submit company verification
Verification is separate from email verification. It confirms the publisher organisation and its authority to operate on MRIQ.
- 1
Prepare business registration proof
Upload an official incorporation, registration, licence, or equivalent document showing the company identity.
- 2
Prepare financial proof
Basic verification also requires either tax ID proof or bank/payout proof. At least two documents are required in total.
- 3
Add supporting evidence
Where relevant, include address proof, authorised representative ID, domain ownership proof, or other requested documents. Files must be current, readable, and unaltered.
- 4
Choose the requested level
Select the verification level offered in the panel. A requested level is not automatically granted; MRIQ assigns the approved level after review.
- 5
Submit once
Review document type, filename, and attachment before submitting. Do not submit duplicate requests while one is pending.
- 6
Follow the decision
MRIQ may approve, reject, or request clarification. Read dashboard notifications and correct only the items identified in the decision notes.
4. Create and list publisher reports
After publishing access is available, go to Dashboard → Reports → Create report.
- 1
Choose original market coverage
Search existing MRIQ reports first. Select a distinct, commercially useful market scope supported by your company’s knowledge and distribution rights.
- 2
Create the listing
Complete the title, summary, market overview, scope, base and forecast periods, segmentation, regions, covered companies, methodology, FAQs, and buyer-facing conclusions.
- 3
Set accurate commercial information
Add valid licence prices and currency. Select ready delivery only when the complete product exists; otherwise state the accurate on-demand delivery model.
- 4
Add marketplace assets
Upload the required report image, a useful sample PDF, the complete deliverable or approved delivery information, and only relevant attachments.
- 5
Check ownership and quality
Confirm the company owns or is authorised to sell the material. Remove copied text, placeholders, unsupported figures, confidential material, and thin repetitive content.
- 6
Submit for review
The report remains a draft or review item until MRIQ approves and publishes it. MRIQ may request revisions, approve, schedule, reject, or publish the report.
- 7
Maintain the report
Monitor status and revision notes. Keep pricing, sample files, scope, and delivery ability accurate; submitted or published records may require a controlled update.
5. Handle buyer sample requests
- 1
Open the correct request
Use Dashboard → Workspace → Sample requests or its notification. Confirm the report and buyer question before replying.
- 2
Understand what the buyer is evaluating
Identify whether the buyer needs the table of contents, methodology, region coverage, market figures, segmentation, or a quality preview.
- 3
Prepare a limited useful sample
Share representative pages that prove relevance and quality, but never provide the entire paid report free of charge.
- 4
Upload in the workspace
Attach the sample to that request, explain what is included, and use Submit sample & notify buyer when the response is complete.
- 5
Keep follow-up traceable
Answer legitimate questions in the same workspace. Do not move buyer communication or files to personal email, LinkedIn, or messaging apps.
6. Orders, delivery, and publisher payout
- 1
Confirm a paid order
Act only on an order shown in Dashboard → Workspace → Paid orders after platform payment is confirmed.
- 2
Deliver the purchased product
Upload the correct report and licence through the order workspace within the promised delivery model and time.
- 3
Provide included support
Resolve permitted questions, corrections, or delivery issues in the order record. Do not mark incomplete delivery as complete.
- 4
Create the payout profile
Open the publisher payment area and add beneficiary, country, tax, address, bank/UPI/PayPal details as applicable, plus at least one payout proof document.
- 5
Complete payout review
MRIQ reviews the payout identity and method. Incorrect account names, missing tax details, or unreadable proof can delay approval.
- 6
Wait for eligibility
Payout depends on confirmed funds, completed delivery, buyer/platform approval, applicable review periods, and no unresolved refund, chargeback, dispute, or compliance hold.
